The Christmas season has officially started in Chiquimula. Here is the city tree. I wonder who financed it??? Do you think this tree honors Christ or the Gallo beer company? Even the lights strung across the intersections spell Gallo. There is just something horrible wrong with this image!
But I do love singing Christmas songs at church. I have found some good Christmas music on the internet, since all of my music was lost with my other computer. By the way, the thieves also got the MP3 player, so I have no music at all. What a bummer. I hope Nathan will help me load it all again when I get home.
