Gifts from the States to Guatemalan newborns

We delivered blankets and booties made by a Ward in Utah to the moms in the public hospital. Most beds, like this one, had no sheets on when we visited. But they have been in the process of changing all 22 beds. We are sitting on the neighboring bed, so you can see how close together the beds are. There are no privacy curtains and drapes aren't even used when examinations are being done. It really is a different world. I was amazed at the amount of hair every single baby had!
