Locating and Visiting "Menos Activos"

Can you tell how hot I was this afternoon? Everybody just laughs at us and says "Wait until March! December and January are our good weather!" This is typical of the dirt roads when you get out a little from the downtown area. You can see the gray water that drains down the road. We had just met a herd of cows on this same road when we were going the other way.
